It's located on 1st floor of the residential building, have 76 m2size and sleeps 5 people.
It has a private secured parking garage spot and also excellent public transport connections to the center of Split if you're coming without car.
Most popular beach in Split called Znjan is just 15 min walking from the apartment or 5 min by car.
It's located in a quiet residential area but just 10 min of public transport ride to the buzz of the center and right next to a park.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.
We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the building.

Check in time is 2 p.m check out at 10 a.m flexible if possible.

There are no shared areas in the building. Right in front of the building is the public park.

**** The Neighbourhood:
This is typical residential area with all the local facilities just around the corner (grocery shops, bakeries, caffe bars).
It is very quiet and safe with good connections with other parts of town as well as suburbs and surrounding areas by local buses.
Nearest and the most popular beach in Split called Znjan is 10-15 minutes walkking and few popular nightlife caffes as well.
One of the neighbourhood parks is right in front of the building.
Childrens playground is just 500m from the apartment and grocery store is just 100m away. Within few minutes walking are also football cageball, bowling center and gym.
That makes it an ideal location combining closeness to virtually everything in Split and having your own peace and comfort.
**** Getting around:
Bus station is within two minutes walking. Bus lines to the center are frequent, every 5-8 min. It takes about 10 min of public transport ride to the center or 6-8 min by car.
