The villa "Casa Lavanda", which was completed in May 2017, is entered or driven through through a double-winged wrought-iron gate and you can park your car in a brick-covered, spacious carport. Attached to the back of the carport is a tavern with a washing machine and also offers enough storage space for luggage, drinks, etc. The villa itself consists of a medium-sized building complex which on the ground floor offers a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) and a separate toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the gallery from which a balcony door leads to the roof terrace. Here you have a wonderful sea view and can z. B. end the day at sunset with a sundowner or sunbathe undisturbed. To the left and right of the living room are bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
