Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was well located. the flat was spacious, kitchen well equipped and we enjoyed our stay apart from the problem described below.

Negative: there were major problems with the plumbing: bedroom 1 bathroom (facing sea) had very bad drain smells, used 5 bottles of drain cleaner (we bought 4) but the smell always returned and was unbearable in the bedroom. the same problem with drain smelling in spare toilet. Bedroom 2 bathroom (facing car park). WC did not flush properly and pressure in sink very low. Ines’s father came and changed washer on sink which worked. however the WC still did not flush properly. also the electric shutter in 2nd bathroom did not open. we reported these problems at the beginning of our stay (2nd day), but was told by Ines that she couldn’t get a plumber. We reported we couldn’t get the TV satellite to connect, there were no instructions and Ines couldn’t help us. Also it was very difficult to open the door to the flat which needs to be sorted. We found it very unusual that no ironing board and iron were provided. When we queried this Ines suggested we used the laundry in Umag.
