Conveniently located in a calm village of Kavac, only 7min driving distance from Kotor Old town and 10min from Tivat airport. Size and location makes our house a perfect family getaway. The house was originally built in 1925 and completely restored in 2018. We preserved original features like exposed stone walls and added modern touch to ensure maximum comfort with great attention paid to the finishing touches. The whole house is extremely sunny and bright. Main entrance is located on the upper floor and consists of three bedrooms, hall and internal staircase leading to the ground floor. Master bedroom has a bathroom en suite and it is furnished with 100-year old furniture meticulously restored to its former glory. Second bedroom has two single beds while king size bed is in third bedroom. There is also a loft with double bed ideal for children. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have balconies with sea and mountain views. The ground floor comprises of spacious living room ideal for quiet nights in, kitchen and dining area. For those who like to stay active during their holiday, there is also fitness room with bathroom and sauna. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the landscaped garden and pool area. Our garden is a true gem. Thanks to the old orange and olive trees and lavender scent, our guests will experience the true spirit of the Mediterranean. Vine covered sitting area is just perfect for al fresco dining. And when you need to refresh yourself, what is better than swimming in the pool while enjoying sea views and old olive trees.
