4 Bedroom House in Nova Vas, Porec

We have lovely 9m by 4m heated swimming pool with a surrounding terrace for sun bathing. The existing veranda is renewed with steps leading down to a covered dining area, which will seat 12 people.
The area around the pool plaza unfortunately has no grass because we have been unable to find anybody to do the work. However, there are plans in place to ensure that the work will be done for next year.

TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE HOUSE WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED A DETAILED CLEANING AND DISINFECTING SCHEDULE WHICH WE USE AFTER THE GUESTS LEAVE AND BEFORE THE NEXT GUESTS ARRIVE.

THE AREA IS SELF-ISOLATING AND YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVACY IN THE HOUSE AND IN THE GARDEN.

On arrival, we will need the information from your passports or ID card so that we can register you in with the local tourist office. This is for your benefit should you need the emergency services, so that they know who you are and where you are staying. That is the law here.

Summary: First of all I want to thank Keith for his help during the vacation. He was all the time there for our requests and showed us great places and restaurants. He was a great host and helpful. The rooms are big and have enough space. 1 sleeping room is in the first basement further 4 sleeping rooms are in the sec. basemnet. The pool was big and perfect for small kids(3-7 years). The house is beautiful and perfect for a big family our 2 families. In our case we were 5 kids and 4 adults and 1 dog. All shops like LIDL or Kaufland are reachable within 10 minutes by car. A small shop is 5 minutes away if you go by foot. Keith showed us aperfect beach for kids. We almost spend the whole vacation there:). But: In our opinion, some things need to be changed: 1. It wasnt cleaned up well. It was realy dusty and we cleaned 2 days until it was ok for us and our kids. 2. The host went into the house several times without our permition, this is a no-go. We know it is your house Keith, but as long as you have guests in there you shouldnt just walk in without ringing the bell or having the permition. Also during our absence you walked in and let our dog out. This felt wrong... 3. After 3-4 days the pool wasnt clean anymore, you told us it is caused by the suntan cream, and maybe you are right, but I asked several people which have the same pool size and they told me that this cant be the reason. It is the filter and the pump. The pump is too small. Maybe should you buy a bigger one? 4. Keith, please dont wear only a towel around your hip as your clothing. You have a great body ;) but its not professional to wear it on the outside during you have guests. In despite of the mentioned points Keith is a very frindly and kind host. I think if he change the 4 points, he will not get only 4 stars anymore. We will visit him again as soon as possible. We have to thank you and whish you all the best for the future!!!
