Summary: Rooms almost look like a 3 or 4 star rooms, although the building looks shabby. It has as many amenities as you want. Staff is kind and helpful and efficient as you do not need to meet them directly as all is done through WhatsApp. I don't know but at least it should have been better if you could have a time to see each other and say hello.
