Positive: Location is great

Negative: The staff were confrontational and rude. I was informed a day to the end of my booking that I hadn’t paid for my stay. Which was very strange as it is either I get debit from my account or it is requested for on arrival. The manager/owner came with her daughter who insulted me before giving any concrete resolution. They also waited till the night before my departure to tell me I had to pay city tax myself in an office that had a queue. Thank goodness my flight was not too early in the morning.

Summary: Location is great, the management can do better with good communication skills
