This light, bright and airy villa is the ideal place to relax. Looking out onto the turquoise colored waters of the sea and the island Crest. Outdoor living is a real treat, on one side of the house there is a spacious, part-decked sun terrace around the private pool and on the other, a covered dining terrace. Next to this is a comfortable, shaded seating area. Inside the villa is spacious and very comfortable, with all bedrooms having en-suite facilities.
The villa is perfect for common vacations of multiple families or parties: 3 of the four bed-rooms with their separate bathrooms have their own entrance from the outside, while sharing the outside area, the living-room and the kitchen.
The villa is located beautifully outside of Rakalj, on the way from Rakalj to the beach. You reach the nearest beach in 3 min by car (with a tasty fish restaurant right there) and 25 min by foot.
The area around Rakalj is much quieter, less touristy and more interesting regarding its landscape and nature than the west coast of Istria. It's a fun area not only in regard of the lovely bays with lonely beaches, but also for hiking, mountain-biking, diving or cruising the country-side with a quad.
Next airport in Pula is 25 min by car. Next bakery, restaurants and supermarket 3-5 min by car. We have a key safe for the guests, so that you can arrive flexible.
