On the villa's 800 m² fenced property, guests have access to a 48 m² saltwater pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue and a dining table with chairs for outdoor meals. Two private parking spaces are located outside the property directly in front of the house. The famous restaurant-tavern is nearby and several supermarkets are about 4 km away. The villa offers space for six people on a living area of 240 m² and consists of three fully air-conditioned floors. In addition to the classic air conditioning units, the entire house has underfloor heating/cooling. On the ground floor, there is a living area with access to the pool and garden, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a laundry room and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
