Through the balcony one enters a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen-which seats six that occupies the ground floor; there is also a modern wet-room with walk in shower. Up a wide wooden staircase, the second level features a sunny, stylish living room with a bay-facing balcony furnished with comfortable rattan armchairs and a table. A wide central hallway connects the living room with two spacious bedrooms (one double and a twin with views over the bay). The loft conversion master bedroom on the third floor is spacious and sunny with an adjoining large wet room.
The apartment is perfectly placed for enjoying the old and new Montenegro. Turn right at the bay front and you are just a few minutes walk away from local restaurants, beaches, shops as well a a bakery. Turning right takes you to the fabulously opulent Porto Montenegro itself and the exclusive Montenegro Yacht Club which boasts the country's largest infinity pool.
A short walk through the port itself with its high end shops and restaurants - not to mention the super yachts themselves - takes you to the delightful town of Tivat which has plentiful shops and bay side restaurants and cafes to suite every taste and pocket.
The apartment is just a five minute drive away from Tivat airport with direct flights from London, France and Moscow amongst others or a picturesque hour and a half drive from Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia and Montenegro's capital Podgorica .
