Positive: Location: Bakery + restaurant around the corner, 5-minute walk to Zaton Holiday Resort with sandy and pebble beach and various sports facilities (volleyball, mini golf courses, water sports activities, various children's play and entertainment facilities) - View from the living room: beautiful sea view/sunset

Negative: The Wi-Fi worked for exactly the last 12 hours of our 7-day stay, even though we had pointed out several times that we needed the Wi-Fi for work purposes (this could not be compensated for by EU roaming, as mobile phone reception in the flat is extremely poor). The landlord put us off and blamed the internet provider for the problem instead of organising a replacement router at short notice, for example (which is what other landlords usually do). Although the internet problem had existed for months – which we unfortunately only found out about after our arrival through the reviews here – we were neither informed in advance that the internet was not working at all, nor were we given a discount. The free extra night that the landlord regularly offers according to the reviews was not an option for us due to our commitments. - The flat has not been renovated to a very high standard and these shortcomings can be seen and felt during your stay (example: While the front door has a huge gap and therefore does not convey a high sense of security, and you can hear every word in the stairwell, the interior door to the second bathroom can hardly be closed because it rubs against the frame. In addition, various sockets are only loosely fixed and hang out of the wall, the light switches in the bedroom entrance are positioned on the wrong side, etc.). - Various maintenance tasks have not been carried out for some time: The balcony door can hardly be closed. Further, there are very heavy limescale deposits on the fittings and especially in the dishwasher, so that plates, pots, etc. have to be used with clearly visible limescale marks.
