Sleeps 4. A spacious 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, communal pool & sunbathing/BBQ area. The apartment is just minutes from the waterfront and situated in a tranquil uphill location for great views in the historic village of Prcanj. It has a private balcony with room for alfresco dining whilst taking in the stunning sea and mountain views and watching the yachts cruising into the ancient pedestrianised walled town of Kotor. Dining on balcony by night is particularly impressive when the whole bay lights up. Just a 4/5 min walk downhill will take you to the waterfront, bathing pontoons (see main picture) small beach, bars/ restaurants as per the photos. A scenic 5 min stroll further along the waterfront will take you to the post office, mini market, bakery, bars and restaurant. This comfortable apartment is one of a small development of only 6 apartments and is tastefully decorated with DVD player, MP3 DOC, DVDs, oak floors, fully fitted kitchen and shower rm with double headed shower head. Full length window doors in all rooms offering one of the best sea/mountain views in Prcanj. Both bedrooms have insect mesh blinds. Pool operational mid May to mid Oct. Some bar/restaurants are seasonal.

Summary: We are so glad we booked this apartment. After lockdown and missing out on our usual summer trips, we opted for 5 weeks in Prcanj to give us some much needed r and r and also to act as a base to allow us to explore. This apartment was perfect for our needs - we were on a budget since we were staying for such a long time and we had two teenagers with us so we had to keep them sweet! The kids loved the BBQ's on the balcony and we all enjoyed eating out there and watching the cruise ships go past. It really does have a great view as described. We didn't have a car and opted not to drive anywhere - this was not a problem for us. The bus picked up and dropped off at the bottom of the hill, Red Taxis were very reliable and cheap and we did all enjoy walking into Kotor round Boka Bay as the views are amazing - it takes about an hour but is a lovely flat walk. The hill up to the apartment is steep but we are all fit and healthy and quite enjoyed the exercise after eating lovely meals round the Bay - we tried all of the restaurants - they were all lovely and the service great. One tip I would give would be to avoid the hill in the heat of the day - that is brutal. If we were out for the day to swim, we found Bokafina at Monte Bay Perla was invaluable for our family. -If we bought a drink we could leave our stuff and swim from there. The teens loved the hanging chairs and when my kids had enough of seafood and pizzas at the Kafana Centre it was the only place that did a kids menu. We sometimes ordered this as a takeaway to have in the apartment - it was always still piping hot when we got back and was a good compromise for our kids if they fancied a night in and allowed us to stay within budget. The apartment is lovely and we had plenty space. It was very clean and laid out just the way we needed. It felt a bit like a 'home from home'. We settled in very quickly. There were sun loungers and a parasol for the pool and the beach that belongs just to the apartment. We had the pool to ourselves quite a bit and it was kept very clean and well maintained. The management company were very helpful, stayed in constant communication and they did help if we had questions. Maura was fab - she made sure we were taken good care of and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. We did feel that Maura wanted us to have a lovely time rather than just stay in her apt. We really had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend.
