Positive: The overall rating for this place is very positive. First and foremost, the location is excellent. Very close to the beach by the port and the main promenade, just steps away. Close to a large beach, close to the best pizzeria, and close to a great fish fryer. I recommend it primarily to those who want access to all the attractions of this city and Dalmatia. Those looking for a quiet getaway may complain about the crowds, bars, etc. I liked the location, but my wife didn't. As for the place itself, it was very good – the ground floor location, thick walls, eastern exposure, and air conditioning made the room pleasant even in the hottest weather, and the terrace didn't feel too hot either. Some might find the lack of a sea view a drawback, but in my opinion, the ground floor location and shade were a bigger plus than the sea view from the sunny rooms. I rate the cleanliness as okay, although in apartments with lower ratings, I've had towels replaced during my stay, while here there was only one set. This comment doesn't change my positive assessment in this regard. The biggest downside was the shower, which unfortunately was poorly designed, and water from the shower spilled onto the bathroom floor. We had to constantly wipe ourselves to avoid slipping. A big plus is the guest parking lot located near the building. The parking lot is shaded, so the car didn't get too hot. Finally, I must commend the owners. They were helpful and barely visible, allowing guests to feel at ease.
