Villa Jerolim is an old stone house situated in Slivnica, 24km from Zadar. Beautiful authentic Dalmatian house was built in 1821. and recently restored in its original rustic style. The villa is located in a quiet area offering its guests a chance to enjoy a peacefulness relaxation and rural charm. Property is 2000 m2 wide and surrounded by stone walls. The environment is typical Mediterranean including olive trees, fig trees, Mediterranean herbs and homegrown vegetables. Villa consists of 3 bedrooms and a living room, each with individual air conditioning unit. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dining area, while the bathrooms come fitted with a shower. The interior of this villa will is absolutely delightful. The original stone walls and old ceiling beams were left after the restoration. Covered outdoor dining area includes sun beds and lounge sitting area. There is also a separate toilet with a washing machine, electric iron and ironing board.
