Villa is surrounded with 1000 m2 of green lawn, 50 m2 swimming pool (with massage function) and its stone beach with covered terrace and a big wooden table. Next to it, you will find another smaller building (100 m2) – game room with table tennis, table football, billiard, Picado and also an inner grill. On the outside there is also an exterior grill. In the backyard there is entertainment for children; swing, toboggan, trampoline, all surrounded with olives, owers and green fence. The villa has three parking places.Villa Kanco is located in the place Frkeči close to the small town Barban. Nearby beaches are located in places called Krnica, Rabac, Rakalj approximately 15 km from the villa, and 40 km from beautiful famous touristic pearls such as Rovinj, Poreč, Vrsar, Rabac.
