Positive: nice pool and garden, great location, ok appartment

Negative: could've been better cleaned... agency communication kind of destroyed our vacations. Not only if u call them they don't answer but 2 days before end of the vacation they started texting me that they need to visit BCS some insurance visit (that was not caused by us and they didn't tell us before). After I told them I don't wanna be in the apartment they said it cannot be done different day. So I told them I'm waiting for the offer of compensation and after that it was possible to do it different day... but I had to deal with It on my vacation where I go to relax not this.
