This incredible 100 year old villa is a dream-come-true vacation home made of stone and wood, featuring a summer terrace and a spacious garden on three levels. It is perfect for a large family or a group of people gathering or travelling together. The sea is less than 10 meters away, making it ideal for the visitors who enjoy sunbathing and swimming. A sauna and an outside tub with a spectacular view of the sea are available.
The property is located in the serene city of Dobrota, 30 min slow walking from Kotor Old Town. The gardens and a summer terrace with a total surface of 300m2 provide the guests with the atmosphere of tranquility and privacy. The spacious and cozy living room and the kitchen, fully equipped with modern and brand new appliances, are on the ground floor. There is one bathroom/toilet on each floor.
The studio Vista (45m2) has an independent entrance and is located on the upper level within the same property. You can enjoy the stunning beauty of the sea and mountains from the comfort and privacy of your bed, thanks to the large glass door that separates the studio from the covered terrace with a tub. There is also a kitchenette, a bathroom / toilet, and a wood sauna that all guests may use. The studio is equipped with an AC and a TV.
Just next to the villa is a luxury hotel Huma Bay with the activities for the guests and the gravel beach suitable for families with small children.
