This villa promises you an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones! It is located in a small town in Istria in an excellent location close to the sea - close to the magical beaches of Istria. The beaches Duga Uvala, Beach Cava and Beach Zagleničina are only a few minutes away by car. (cca. 1.5km) The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and leaves nothing to be desired. You will receive fresh, seasonal fruit from the host as a welcome. You also have the option to arrange a personal boat tour, please on request.
Outside you will find a private pool and an outdoor shower, which invites you to cool off on hot summer days, as well as sun loungers to relax.
There is also a barbecue and outdoor dining area at your disposal.
For our young and active guests there are soccer goals, badminton and a children's playground. The property is completely fenced and has private parking for up to five cars.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living area, separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, balcony with sea view and view of the pool, TV and en-suite bathroom as well as a laundry room and games room with billiards, table football and darts. On the upper floor there are three more comfortable bedrooms. Two with double bed, one with two single beds, balcony with sea view, TV and en-suite bathroom.
