From the balconies, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view, while the carefully selected details, high-quality materials, and contemporary interior create an atmosphere of elegance and relaxation.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining area with a long table perfect for shared meals. This level also includes two bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional bathroom in the hallway.The first floor features a game and entertainment room equipped with table football, billiards, and a PlayStation 5 console – perfect for fun and socializing. On the same floor, there are also four bedrooms and two bathrooms.The second and third floors each include six bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a total of 18 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, and some are equipped with TVs for added comfort and privacy.
