Due to the 50 cm thick walls, air conditioning is rarely needed, even when temperatures are high.

Shared with the neighbouring house on the same property is a 25 m² swimming pool with sun loungers, parasol and seating, as well as a 70x50 cm stone barbecue for guests' use.
