Mesmerising fusion of modern mediterranean Villa whilst representing the original architecture of the house can be experienced in Villa 21. Entering through the gates into the main pool deck patio, guests enter the Villa into the main living area, ultra modern open plan kitchen and dining area extend into the living room fitted with 75 inch flatscreen Smart TV and wooden fireplace for those cosy moments. The blend of modern with old mediterranean style can be sensed throughout the Villa, especially with the old stone stairway that leads to both floors where 5 luxury bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located. On the top floor a large master bedroom is a lavishly equipped with seating area, as well us modern free standing artificial stone bath. A large beautiful balcony seating area overlooks the pool area. Lowest floor offers bedrooms with direct access to the lower terrace through big sliding balcony doors. On this floor of the house, also the wine cellar bar area with game room is located. Floor heating and air conditioning units are provided throughout the house in every room. Leaving the house on the lowest floor to the outside guest can access the lavish Spa area which is located below the swimming pool and comprises of the main Sauna area equipped with Dry and Wet sauna as well as a big Jacuzzi. There is a large Zen room, luxuriously equipped fully black painted room to enable the guests to get fully immersed with oneself.
