Villa Lori is a luxurious and very tastefully furnished holiday home with pool located in the small village Blagdanici, 6 km from Porec and 5 km from the nearest beach.
The house itself is a traditional stone house which has been completely renovated in modern style preserving traditional elements in stone. At just 400 m there's a very good pizzeria, a grocery shop is at 700 m and one of the main Istrian attractions – the Baredine cave is at just 2 km from the house.
The house has a lovely garden with covered terrace with summer kitchen and a table with chairs for 10 people, private swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool and 2 parking places.
Villa for 8 guests with living area of 150 sqm on two completely air-conditioned floors. It consists of the ground floor on which there’s a lovely living room with fireplace, TV set, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and exits to the terrace and the garden, one bedroom for two with double bed, satellite-TV and en-suite shower/toilet, separate toilet. At the 1st floor there are three bedroom for twos with en-suite shower/toilet, satellite TV and double beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
