The garden is completely fenced and safe for children, with a swing-set, trampoline, children slide, a small toy-house for children, sunbeds around the pool and parasols.
A grill area is above the pool, with a stone built charcoal grill and a large dining table.
The house is nicely and modernly decorated. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, living room, kitchen and a dining room.
