Villa Dubravka is a traditional Mediterranean stone house located just a few kilometers from the historic city of Dubrovnik. This recently renovated villa combines elegant design with modern comfort, offering 145 m² of living space across two floors and accommodating up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.
The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, each with independent air conditioning, along with three bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a welcoming dining area perfect for shared meals.
One of the highlights of the villa is the indoor jacuzzi, surrounded by large windows that provide beautiful views of the sea, making it a relaxing retreat in any weather.
Outside, the villa offers a private heated swimming pool and spacious terrace, complete with a fireplace/BBQ area, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and evening gatherings. The pool also includes a net for water games, adding extra fun for families and groups.
