The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with a USB port, and a dining table with four chairs. The big open fireplace built into the wall enhances the rustic atmosphere and exudes cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a two-ring electric touch screen stove, an extra large fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), and a wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wide wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, urinal basin and even a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
Only 1.5 km away from the property there are beaches, golf and tennis courts, restaurants, grocery stores and a tourist office. The entrance to the important climbing area at the foot of the mountain Mosor is just 100m away.
The villa provides all guests maximum privacy and security of the facility, which extends to little more than the total area of 5000m². The area also includes promenade through the olive grove and vineyard. Security is strictly controlled and conditions are adapted to the standard protection of persons with special treatment (VIP). The entire area is very peaceful and quiet , and the owner allows maximum anonymity to all guests.
