The house is independent, perfectly restored in a quiet and sunny position with swimming pool, garden and outdoor shower. It is well connected and accessible from the road, but at the same time completely isolated.
The property is 1200 m2 surrounded by fruit trees (figs, cherries, walnuts and other) vineyard (cca 50 years) and olive groves (cca 40 years). 3 parking spaces available. Near the house just a few meters away is the soccer field of the town which is usable.
It is located 400 m from the center of Oprtalj-Portole, and 30 km from the sea and the beach.
