The nearest pebble beaches and sports and leisure facilities are located in the tourist resort of Lanterna, 9 km away. The house has its own garden of approx. 1,100 m², which is in a quiet location and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Outside, Villa Domenica Exclusive offers its guests private covered parking for two vehicles, a 40 m² pool with sun loungers and seating, a covered terrace with seating and a brick barbecue. The villa is 200 m² in size, fully air-conditioned and designed for eight people. It extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace and pool, and a bedroom with shower/WC. There is another shower/WC in the hallway.
