The island is easily accessible by the large ferry from Split (Croatia’s second-largest city). There are many beaches and sights worth seeing on the island, including both sandy and pebble beaches, all of which are about a 5-minute walk away. The villa is a new construction built with the famous marble stones sourced directly from the island of Brac. It is situated on a mountainside and spans three levels, ensuring that all the main rooms offer unobstructed, sweeping views of the Adriatic Sea. The villa is located on a dead-end street and is very suitable for families with children. You can also use the grill house on the large terrace by prior arrangement.
