However, the home charm is self-sustaining which provides guests complete comfort thanks to natural ecological sources of power and water. The complete comfort of hot and cold water and electricity is ensured. On the ground floor is a kitchen, dining room and living room. Charming wooden kitchen equipped with stove (without oven), sink, dishes for eating and drinking, fireplace for barbecuing. The chimney is an isolator from the smoke in the house. In the winter, the fire from the fireplace warms water in the radiators in the house. A large dining table provides an old time feeling, when families and friends dined together and created common memories. The living room has a TV, couch which serves as an extra bed for two additional persons. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, toilet, boiler and shower. The exterior features a pool with deck chairs, umbrellas and a shower, a terrace with outdoor furniture, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor sink, a children's playground and a parking lot. Summary: It was very relaxing and comfortable. The house is located in the hills above Vid, so need a car to go around, but therefore it is really quiet with no one else around. If you are looking for that, we recommend. We were very warmly welcomed by the host and he keeps asking during our stay if he could do anything else for our convenience. The house has anything you need. The only thing I have to mention is that the bedrooms were getting really hot during our stay (36C each day) because the AC is located in the hallway and only running for a few hours a day. There were fans but they were not really helpful. The landscape being overlooked from the pool area is so beautiful and the pool (saltwater) itself is being cleaned every second day and was not cold but still refreshing. There are a few cats around that will come for a visit especially when you are eating (we bought cat food the second day so they didn’t bother us). There were rackets for badminton, tabletennis, some balls, a little playground and a trampoline for the guests to use. Everything in the house was very clean and nothing looks „used“. We had a great stay, thank you so much.
