Cause it is just at the food of the old city and very close to sea, it has particular position. From the sea it is overgrown with Mediterranean trees and from the beck it has look on beautiful church Sent Jeronim( in old town) and oriental palate with beautiful garden. The place is very calm abounded with a sounds of nature- sea and birds.
