Positive: View from the balcony is the best! River is cca 150 m down the hill. The hosts are exstremely friendly, they help with everything. The river is calm and warm, perfect for boating and swimming.

Negative: Maybe traffic noise, you can hear the trains and cars. Everything else is perfect
