Welcome to our holiday away from home.
Our spacious Seaside Holiday Villa boasts fantastic views of the sea and surrounding mountains and is ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people.
With four ensuite bedrooms this spacious seaside villa has an open plan living area, multiple balconies with stunning sea and mountain views, a beautiful dining area and is a mere 20 meters from the beach in the picturesque village of Orahovac.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, duvets and blankets for the winter months. There is also free WiFi, plus parking for two cars at the front.
The spacious open plan living area is kitted out with a large sofa, two large arm chairs a smart TV and French windows opening on to the terrace over looking the Bay of Kotor.

If you walk through an arch at the far side of the living area you will find our modern, fitted kitchen with hob, cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mixer/ liquidiser, toaster, utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, freezer box, plus a large dining table and eight chairs.
The first of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and includes a king-size bed plus a double sofa bed and room for a cot( which can be supplied on request).There is also a bathroom with Bath/shower and washing machine.
On the top floor we have three bedrooms, two with King-size beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have their own shower rooms and balconies. The two double rooms have sea views and the twin room has a mountain view.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service.
Linen and towels are included and changed once a week or between rentals.
Extra linen can be arranged,
Beach towels are not included.
Duvets and blankets are available for winter bookings.
Prices are based of 8 people, there is an extra 20 Euros charge per person after that.
On arrival at the villa you will be greeted by one of our neighbours who will show you everything.
