This villa was built back in 1927. but it is fully renovated in 2019. and now offers full comfort of modern, fully equipped house.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with private bathroom. Across the hallway there is living room, with dining room and fully equipped kitchen from where door leads to the pool area. There is also one separate toilet on this floor.
Beautiful stone staircase, which is origin part of this villa, will take you to the first floor where are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. On this floor there is nice covered terrace where you can have your meal or just enjoy in summer nights.
Masterbedroom is situated on second floor and has kitchenette and private bathroom.
Outside area is spacious and gives you privacy, so that you can forget that you are in the narrower city centre. There is swimming pool, sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols, as well as showers.
