The apartment is 81 square metres is air-conditioned and centrally heated. There is a fantastic, large, enclosed, gated 42 square metres sun terrace with a barbecue and seating with table.
You will have patio in front of house, pier on seaside to approach sea for swimming. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen , dayroom. Patio can accomodate 10 person for dining.
