In the second house we have two apartments and studio apartment on the ground floor and first floor.On the ground floor there is one bedroom apartment, size 70 sqm plus 25 sqm terraces. Also studio apartment for two persons size 25 sqm. On the first floor there are two bedrooms 80 sqm apartment with a balcony and a terrace of 50 sqm. All apartments have a separate entrance, surrounded by a large garden with olive trees and grape wine.Use of a pool of size 12 x 8 x 1.5, terrace around the pool with a furniture and baldachines , as well as a lounge bar for the guests of the apartments.Total capacity is 14 + 3 persons.All apartments have a kitchen, one bathroom, air conditioning, free WiFi,view of the open sea i and parking place on site.The lounge bar is intended for guests only, where you can eat, have breakfast, and dinner.We offer home-made products, prosciutto, cheese, olives, homemade bread, cookies, ice cream, as well as wine and juices.Lunch and dinner we organize in agreement with you, and the preparation of meat and fish domestically on fire, under the bells, grill, will make a special taste of food.In our house you can see a small museum of old things, the old olive mill, and hand-worked souvenirs.We are here for every kind of help, explanation, socializing and agreement with you for everything to make your stay so beautiful.We are located on the sunny side of the peninsula Lustica surrounded by beautiful beaches on the open sea, Zanjic, Mirista, Arza, Blue Horizons ....
