A traditional Olive Mill House renovated to retain original features and provide modern luxury living in the Lustica countryside. With an infinity pool overlooking the Adriatic Coast and Orion Mountains, the villa sits high on the peninsular, affording amazing views and dramatic sunsets.
With sofas and chairs by the pool, there is a cool, shady relaxation area with a outdoor dining area for 10 and a large gas fired BBQ for that outdoor living. "Object 2" is our glass room, with amazing views for those afternoon, cool siestas.
The house has a large open plan kitchen and living room, with kitchen dining and sit-down dining options, with stone and natural flooring throughout. Large sofas surround the fire for those winter evenings.
Over two further floors, there are five bedrooms, three which are ensuite with dressing rooms and two which share a communal bathroom. All are breezy, light and private.
A terrace to the rear allows for shaded seating and an opportunity to enjoy the village life with you picking your own tomatoes for lazy lunches.
