The apartment is located in the small coastal village of Krasici which is across the bay from the luxury marina in Porto Montenegro. Just 20 minutes drive from Tivat airport and the Old Town of Kotor it makes a perfect base to explore the Lustica peninsular with its sandy beaches and charming fishing villages of Rosa and Bigova.
The apartment has stunning views across the bay and access to a communal pool. The pool is open between 10:00am and 6 pm to ensure guests can enjoy the sunshine and some peace and quiet in the evening. There are sun beds and sunbathing areas.
The apartment was completed in June 2016 so everything is brand new This is a luxurious apartment with a huge open plan kitchen and living room boasting a stylish German fitted kitchen. There are two double bedrooms which open onto a 20 sq metre balcony. So alfresco is always an option
The master bedroom is huge with a mahogany bed and furniture with en-suite facilities. Each bedroom has stunning view across the bay and to the right of the house as you look at the sea is greenbelt land.
The second bedroom has a hand made four poster bed which is very comfortable.
All rooms are air-conditioned and there is a beautiful stone covered terrace with lovely arches that frame the stunning views. The terrace has a dining table that encourages dining outdoors to take in the views. The apartment has dedicated parking and its own garden area.
It's a minute’s walk to the sea with the rocky shore line and swimming pontoons where you can bathe in the warm Adriatic sea. If you prefer a sandy beach the Blue Horizon resort is just 5 minutes drive away. Krasici has a number of bars and restaurants which serve healthy Mediterranean dishes and specialise in seafood. The short drive to Porto Montenegro opens up sophisticated dining experiences in a beautiful location.
Krasice also offers a great base to explore the beautiful towns scattered around the Kotor Bay area including Perast, Dubrota, Prcanj and Risan. In addition you can travel further to Budva or the National Parks of Lovcen, Durmitor or Lake Skadar.
The road to the house is very steep so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It will also present challenges for families with very young children who need buggies to get the family moving.
