Summary: The view is stunning, but this apartment was difficult to live in at the end of January. Despite being assured that it had heating, there was only heating in the bedrooms (very loud air-conditioners). The living room, kitchen, hallways, and bathrooms had no heating whatsoever. The landlord allowed us to buy a few radiators the day after our arrival, but this meant spending half a day driving to Bar, buying radiators, returning to the apartment to install them, returning to Bar to exchange a radiator when it began to smoke almost immediately, and so forth. I would rather have spent that half-day doing other things! Another big problem was the fact that the shower leaked copious amounts of water all over the bathroom floor after running for 5 minutes. We tried economizing water by turning it off while shampooing, etc, but inevitably it leaked... and we got cold. Another thing that was never repaired were the blinds, half of which are damaged or completely broken. The handle on the outside gate just falls off. The apartment was clean on the surface, but when drawers and cupboards were opened, they were dirty on the edges, and some were just filled with junk (old mops, empty appliance boxes, etc.).
